Key responsibilities & impact

Lead global Finance Master Operations for Supply Chain, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance of finance master data across SC&O systems
Own and continuously improve end-to-end master data processes, including cost elements, valuation, profit centers, and internal orders
Partner with Global Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Shared Services to align master data design with operational and business requirements
Serve as a finance systems leader for SC&O platforms, including ERP and adjacent systems, supporting enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives
Establish and maintain governance, controls, and compliance standards for audit readiness and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team and/or matrixed resources
Drive resolution of complex master data and systems challenges affecting supply chain performance
Provide subject-matter expertise and decision support for supply chain finance initiatives, standardization, and process harmonization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, supply chain finance, or finance systems roles within a global organization
Experience leading or governing finance master data and related processes in enterprise systems, such as ERP
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and financial impacts across manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and costing
Ability to lead cross-functional, global stakeholders and influence without direct authority
Experience driving process standardization, controls, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
English required; additional languages preferred
Up to approximately 15% domestic and international travel
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience with large-scale system transformations or ERP implementations preferred
Prior people management or matrix leadership experience preferred
Familiarity with medical device, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries preferred
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
