About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global Finance Master Operations for Supply Chain, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance of finance master data across SC&O systems
  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end master data processes, including cost elements, valuation, profit centers, and internal orders
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Shared Services to align master data design with operational and business requirements
  • Serve as a finance systems leader for SC&O platforms, including ERP and adjacent systems, supporting enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives
  • Establish and maintain governance, controls, and compliance standards for audit readiness and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team and/or matrixed resources
  • Drive resolution of complex master data and systems challenges affecting supply chain performance
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and decision support for supply chain finance initiatives, standardization, and process harmonization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, supply chain finance, or finance systems roles within a global organization
  • Experience leading or governing finance master data and related processes in enterprise systems, such as ERP
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and financial impacts across manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and costing
  • Ability to lead cross-functional, global stakeholders and influence without direct authority
  • Experience driving process standardization, controls, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
  • English required; additional languages preferred
  • Up to approximately 15% domestic and international travel
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with large-scale system transformations or ERP implementations preferred
  • Prior people management or matrix leadership experience preferred
  • Familiarity with medical device, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries preferred
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
