About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Risk Management reporting and analytics frameworks
  • Develop, monitor, and report KRIs and KPIs measuring risk exposure, control effectiveness, and organizational resilience
  • Consolidate and analyze risk data across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Compliance, Finance, and IT
  • Establish governance, controls, and best practices to ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization
  • Design and maintain executive-level and operational dashboards showing risk trends and emerging threats
  • Identify patterns, correlations, and systemic risks to support risk-based decision-making and mitigation prioritization
  • Support risk reviews, board reporting, and strategic planning through advanced analytics and risk intelligence
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into practical recommendations and advance supply-chain initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles
  • Demonstrated impact in a complex, global organization
  • Strong experience developing executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Travel up to 25%, domestic and occasional international
  • Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in a global or highly regulated environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices preferred
  • Experience supporting large-scale change, transformation, or continuous improvement programs preferred
  • Analytics, data, or supply chain certifications preferred but not required
