About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support procurement activities for commercial categories, including marketing, sales enablement, professional services, and other indirect spend areas
- Analyze spend, supplier performance, pricing, and demand trends
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights for category leaders
- Assist with category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and cost-savings programs
- Support contract administration, pricing updates, purchase order processes, and supplier documentation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders
- Track supplier issues, performance actions, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate procurement and supplier data in enterprise systems and tools
- Contribute to cost productivity, process efficiency, and supplier optimization initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field
- Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, analytics, or a related business role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-based environment
- Internship or early-career experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or commercial operations preferred
- Exposure to indirect or commercial spend categories preferred
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba preferred
- Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, or supplier management concepts preferred
- Supply Chain or Procurement certifications such as APICS, CPSM, or CIPS preferred but not required
- English required
