About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support procurement activities for commercial categories, including marketing, sales enablement, professional services, and other indirect spend areas
Analyze spend, supplier performance, pricing, and demand trends
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights for category leaders
Assist with category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and cost-savings programs
Support contract administration, pricing updates, purchase order processes, and supplier documentation
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders
Track supplier issues, performance actions, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate procurement and supplier data in enterprise systems and tools
Contribute to cost productivity, process efficiency, and supplier optimization initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field
Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, analytics, or a related business role
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business reporting tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-based environment
Internship or early-career experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or commercial operations preferred
Exposure to indirect or commercial spend categories preferred
Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba preferred
Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, or supplier management concepts preferred
Supply Chain or Procurement certifications such as APICS, CPSM, or CIPS preferred but not required
English required
