  • Lead procurement strategy for the Commercial Category
  • Deliver cost-efficiency, quality, innovation, sustainability, financial, ESG, and service outcomes
  • Develop category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with company goals
  • Shape the supply base and manage supplier relationships
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align Procurement activities with organizational objectives
  • Engage executive leadership in key supplier relationships
  • Orchestrate procurement service delivery across the commercial organization
  • Conduct analytics and innovative work to implement category strategy and address unmet business needs
  • Lead major strategic negotiations for owned categories
  • Promote digital tools and automation opportunities
  • Use procurement systems and analytics to improve supplier and sourcing performance
  • Benchmark industry best practices and advance procurement capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in procurement or a related discipline
  • Experience in Procurement and/or Category Management
  • Experience developing category strategies or multi-year sourcing roadmaps
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of cost drivers, market dynamics, and risk trade-offs
  • Experience in sourcing strategy, supplier management, competitive bidding, and complex contract negotiation
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong advanced analytics skills
  • Familiarity with digital and AI procurement tools
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional sourcing initiatives/projects
  • Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to understand business challenges through the eyes of business leaders
  • Ability to persuade others to change behavior in pursuit of a common goal
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills at senior executive level and with peers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
