About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Quality Systems subject matter expert for the MedTech Surgery SAP ERP Management System deployment, Project Transcend 2.0
- Track and report action plan status and completion for Quality workstream project deliverables
- Partner with the Deployment Lead and collaborate across the Surgery Franchise to harmonize and integrate optimized Ethicon Quality system processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and develop business solutions supporting Transcend global template requirements
- Develop training content and user requirements
- Perform user acceptance testing and conduct train-the-trainer sessions
- Write business processes matching technical requirements
- Support cross-functional meetings with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Master Data Management workstreams
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for quality systems and processes
- Identify and escalate requirements gaps and communicate business impact and risk
- Support and execute Quality deployment activities with the MedTech Surgery Transcend team
- Ensure personal and Company compliance with Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent degree required
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Engineering
- Strong communication, human relations, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and failure-investigation skills
- Demonstrated project-management skills and results-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and functions
- Ability to build collaboration, partnership, and teamwork across local and global organizations
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence outcomes through collaboration
- Demonstrated effectiveness as a team member and team leader
- Experience dealing with audits/inspections with the FDA, other notified bodies, or any Health Authority
- SAP knowledge preferred, including ability to navigate and utilize SAP systems supporting business and quality processes
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10% required
