About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a Quality Systems subject matter expert for the MedTech Surgery SAP ERP Management System deployment, Project Transcend 2.0
Track and report action plan status and completion for Quality workstream project deliverables
Partner with the Deployment Lead and collaborate across the Surgery Franchise to harmonize and integrate optimized Ethicon Quality system processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and develop business solutions supporting Transcend global template requirements
Develop training content and user requirements
Perform user acceptance testing and conduct train-the-trainer sessions
Write business processes matching technical requirements
Support cross-functional meetings with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Master Data Management workstreams
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for quality systems and processes
Identify and escalate requirements gaps and communicate business impact and risk
Support and execute Quality deployment activities with the MedTech Surgery Transcend team
Ensure personal and Company compliance with Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent degree required
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Engineering
Strong communication, human relations, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and failure-investigation skills
Demonstrated project-management skills and results-driven mindset
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and functions
Ability to build collaboration, partnership, and teamwork across local and global organizations
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence outcomes through collaboration
Demonstrated effectiveness as a team member and team leader
Experience dealing with audits/inspections with the FDA, other notified bodies, or any Health Authority
SAP knowledge preferred, including ability to navigate and utilize SAP systems supporting business and quality processes
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% required
