About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products
  • Convert competitive products in accordance with company policy and sales direction
  • Train to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians
  • Handle customer product questions and objections consistently with sales training methodology
  • Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, and develop strong customer relationships
  • Meet quotas for a variety of products
  • Execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, ethically, and persuasively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or business to business sales experience is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred
  • Neurovascular experience preferred
  • Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment is strongly preferred
  • A valid driver’s license issued in the United States
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory
