About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for supporting sales incentive, reporting (Qlik) and CRM implementation aligned to specific therapeutic teams.
  • Accountability for the implementation and day-to-day administration of sales incentive and compensation plans.
  • Collaborate across diverse functions and levels within the organization to enable data-driven decision making.
  • The End to End Integration Lead is responsible for leading the US NPIs, evaluating/implementing US Commercial Strategic Initiatives and management of product change activities.
  • Represent Customer and Deliver requirements related to Product Lifecycle Management and inbound and outbound processes.
  • Champion process standardization while appropriately shaping Deliver solutions to meet both customer and franchise needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant Supply Chain experience is required.
  • Proven Project experience is required —PMP and/or FPX certification preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain.
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value.
  • Solid problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills.
  • LEAN, SIX SIGMA, APICS training or certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in English (written and oral).
