About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and operational leadership for quality assurance and regulatory affairs in LATAM.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective quality management.
- Lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs strategy and execution.
- Support distributor-based and operational market models across LATAM.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant supply and market access.
- Monitor regulatory and operational changes across LATAM markets.
- Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of QARA processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop QARA talent.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs
- Strong working knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements
- Experience leading multi-country QARA portfolios
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
- English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
