About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for quality assurance and regulatory affairs in LATAM.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective quality management.
  • Lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs strategy and execution.
  • Support distributor-based and operational market models across LATAM.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant supply and market access.
  • Monitor regulatory and operational changes across LATAM markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of QARA processes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop QARA talent.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs
  • Strong working knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading multi-country QARA portfolios
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
