About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and guidance to the business regarding strategic pricing priorities
Drive value-based pricing and maximize the value of innovation
Lead the pricing tasks for Surgery Franchise in Saudi
Analyze tender quotation prices and profitability
Conduct win/loss reviews and pricing simulations
Ensure continuity, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly Price Performance Reports
Ensure local pricing governance and EMEA pricing governance guidelines are followed
Drive price escalations as per guidelines
Provide price change simulations during PL update process
Train S&M team to influence price decision-making process
Continuously improve pricing reporting and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Business or Engineering
2-3 years related experience ideally in pricing, tenders, or finance in the region.
Proficiency in MS Office specifically advanced MS Excel knowledge
Proficiency in Power BI
Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
Strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge and understanding of pricing and commercial strategies, compliance framework, experience in analysis and modeling.
Strong business acumen
High attention to detail
Excellent team player
Ability to analyze, work through and identify solutions to problems
Fluent in English and Arabic (French language a plus)
