About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the VELYS Knee platform and work with U.S. & global partners for market access
  • Own the development and execution of global evidence generation for the product pipeline and post-launch
  • Lead evidence generation projects to establish product value
  • Implement reimbursement strategies for market access
  • Develop value tools to demonstrate the value of the VELYS Knee platform
  • Coordinate work with HEMA associates to support commercial objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences related field
  • Preferred advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals or HEOR consulting
  • Ability to work from strategy development through to execution in a dynamic and fast-paced global organization
  • Experience in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy and reimbursement
  • Ability to build partnerships and engage with multi-functional teams to provide input and influence decisions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of data collection and review practices
  • Proactive and responsible approach.
