About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner
  • Understand and identify customer needs, aligning marketing resources
  • Engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience required; previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
  • Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus
  • Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
  • Must act with high integrity and always in accordance with the Company’s Compliance policies and procedures
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thirst, excellent decision-making judgment, strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills
  • Proven track record of success in learning and adapting to an evolving environment such as Covid-19
  • Ability to be agile and adapt to the changing telemedicine/virtual environment
  • Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to a diverse customer audience.
