About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the roadmap and adoption of the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform.
Drive AI-enabled software engineering across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and enterprise applications.
Build and enhance AI agents supporting functional design, technical design, code generation, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases.
Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted software development.
Lead global engineering teams and mentor technical talent while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate new capabilities into the platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams.
Experience delivering SAP Finance solutions, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred: Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or AI engineering platforms.
SAP certifications or cloud platform experience.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
