About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and application of analytics and modeling solutions to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Design and maintain predictive, financial, or operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and executive‑ready reporting.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and trends to inform forecasting, planning, and optimization efforts.
- Lead or support analytics‑driven initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance and internal control standards.
- Coach and develop analysts or project teams contributing to analytics and modeling work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10 – 12 years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Demonstrated experience developing analytical models and translating data into business insights.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with large data sets and analytics or reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Preferred: Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with a quantitative focus.
- Preferred: Certifications in analytics, data science, or finance.
