About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and execution of global leadership and learning strategies aligned to Global Supply Chain priorities and transformation objectives.
  • Partner with senior supply chain and functional leaders to assess capability gaps and translate business strategy into targeted development solutions.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of supply chain leadership programs, learning frameworks, and capability-building initiatives across regions.
  • Manage cross-functional and matrixed teams, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.
  • Drive change management and learning enablement for major supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Establish governance, metrics, and insights to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Enterprise Learning partners to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and leadership imperatives.
  • Manage operational aspects of the function, including budget oversight, resource planning, and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Generally 8-10 years of progressive professional experience, including leadership or people management responsibilities, aligned to the Sr. Manager level.
  • Demonstrated experience leading leadership development, learning, or capability-building initiatives in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives into practical, scalable learning solutions.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, budgets, and resources while delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing organizations.
  • Background in strategy, transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
  • Experience designing leadership programs for senior or executive-level audiences.
  • Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms and modern learning methodologies.
  • Experience working within highly regulated or complex global organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and cultures.
