About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Sales Compensation technology solutions to meet commercial business needs
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics related to sales and compensation performance
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation-related data
- Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data driven decision making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Commercial Technology teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
- Support testing, deployment, and post ‑ implementation activities for system enhancements
- Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures to support scalable solutions
- Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day ‑ to ‑ day work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field)
- 2 -4 years of experience in technology analysis, product analysis, business systems, or analytics
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, incentive compensation, ERP)
- Ability to translate Sales Compensation and commercial requirements into clear functional needs and actionable insights
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance practices
- Strong analytical, problem ‑ solving, and attention ‑ to ‑ detail skills
- Demonstrated collaboration, accountability, and ability to influence outcomes while working under guidance
- Preferred Experience supporting Sales Compensation or incentive management solutions
- Exposure to Agile or product ‑ based delivery models
- Working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or compensation management platforms
- Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or other regulated industries
- Strong communication , stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement mindset
- English proficiency required
