About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable DePuy Synthes’ HCC risk management framework
Ensure compliance risks and issues are systematically identified, assessed, mitigated, remediated, and monitored
Serve as the technical product owner for HCC Integrated Risk Management technical solutions
Partner with the Data Enablement & Analytics teams to ensure risk management tool and data models support high-quality data
Drive the adoption of reporting designs that prioritize AI compatibility
Define and evolve data models that enable consistent metrics, transparency, and auditability
Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose standards and governance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, usability, and effectiveness of risk management processes and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, technical product ownership, compliance technology, risk management systems, or related fields
Demonstrated experience serving as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner for enterprise platforms or systems
Experience delivering and supporting business applications
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, or control frameworks
Proven ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present risk insights clearly to leadership
Preferred: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
Preferred: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries
Other Language: Fluency in English required
