About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enable DePuy Synthes’ HCC risk management framework
- Ensure compliance risks and issues are systematically identified, assessed, mitigated, remediated, and monitored
- Serve as the technical product owner for HCC Integrated Risk Management technical solutions
- Partner with the Data Enablement & Analytics teams to ensure risk management tool and data models support high-quality data
- Drive the adoption of reporting designs that prioritize AI compatibility
- Define and evolve data models that enable consistent metrics, transparency, and auditability
- Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose standards and governance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, usability, and effectiveness of risk management processes and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, technical product ownership, compliance technology, risk management systems, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner for enterprise platforms or systems
- Experience delivering and supporting business applications
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, or control frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present risk insights clearly to leadership
- Preferred: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
- Preferred: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries
- Other Language: Fluency in English required
