About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver financial and operational performance analyses, including variance analysis, trend identification, and key driver insights.
- Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve visibility into financial performance and decision support.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases using data‑driven insights.
- Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities through automation and standardization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (required).
- Typically 2 – 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related analytics-focused finance role.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP, planning systems, BI tools).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Preferred: Experience supporting a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech/Healthcare business.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to automation, advanced analytics, or digital finance initiatives.
- Prior experience partnering directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
