About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Business Technology is recruiting for a MAKE Technology Product Analyst.
- Supports the Ethicon Manufacturing facilities in Cornelia and Athens, Georgia.
- Responsible for the strategy, performance, reliability, lifecycle management, and value realization of both global and local technology products.
- Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and shared services organizations to ensure digital products and platforms deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Drives technology innovation, Agile product delivery, operational excellence, cybersecurity readiness, and continuous improvement while supporting the site's manufacturing roadmap and strategic objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Product Management, Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain Technology, Application Support, or related technology roles.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a regulated GxP environment.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology programs and projects in manufacturing environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives.
- Experience building business cases and measuring value realization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
