Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ICSM deployment activities
- Drive ICSM-related key design decisions and design activities; facilitate workshops with relevant business partners, Global Template teams, and Deployment teams to translate business requirements into scalable ICSM solutions
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles, including Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Create Business Process Scenarios (BPS) specific to R&D and develop E2E test plans
- Coordinate testing activities with business SMEs and other deployment teams
- Support cutover and launch activities for the ICSM scope and provide hypercare support post launch
- Collaborate with the Data Migration Lead to define migration strategy and plan for ICSM-specific master data objects
- Ensure deployment activities remain aligned with business objectives, program scope, timeline, quality, and compliance expectations (including GxP and data integrity)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, Logistics, Information Technology or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Sciences in implementation, support or advanced use of SAP in supply chain processes is required
- Certifications (asset): Project Management (PMI) or equivalent / SAP professional certification /Supply chain certification (APICS)
- Understanding of GxP and data integrity requirements
- Knowledge of supporting tools, SDLC and agile methodology (tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability in process standardization and global, end-to-end transformational thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Experience with change management on complex programs and cross-functional leadership.
