About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead ICSM deployment activities
Drive ICSM-related key design decisions and design activities; facilitate workshops with relevant business partners, Global Template teams, and Deployment teams to translate business requirements into scalable ICSM solutions
Lead end-to-end testing cycles, including Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Create Business Process Scenarios (BPS) specific to R&D and develop E2E test plans
Coordinate testing activities with business SMEs and other deployment teams
Support cutover and launch activities for the ICSM scope and provide hypercare support post launch
Collaborate with the Data Migration Lead to define migration strategy and plan for ICSM-specific master data objects
Ensure deployment activities remain aligned with business objectives, program scope, timeline, quality, and compliance expectations (including GxP and data integrity)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, Logistics, Information Technology or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Sciences in implementation, support or advanced use of SAP in supply chain processes is required
Certifications (asset): Project Management (PMI) or equivalent / SAP professional certification /Supply chain certification (APICS)
Understanding of GxP and data integrity requirements
Knowledge of supporting tools, SDLC and agile methodology (tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability in process standardization and global, end-to-end transformational thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Experience with change management on complex programs and cross-functional leadership.
