About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Ethicon Manufacturing facilities in Cornelia and Athens, Georgia, serving as the primary technology partner for MedTech Surgery manufacturing operations.
  • Responsible for the strategy, performance, reliability, lifecycle management, and value realization of technology products supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and shared services organizations.
  • Drive technology innovation, Agile product delivery, operational excellence, cybersecurity readiness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Product Management, Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain Technology, Application Support, or related technology roles.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a regulated GxP environment.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technology programs and projects in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives.
  • Experience building business cases and measuring value realization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience operating within shared-services and global delivery models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
