About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager EP CEE, ensuring clarity of priorities, executive readiness, and disciplined execution of key business initiatives.
Lead the regional business operating cadence, including: Performance Excellence Reviews, Leadership Team meetings, Strategy reviews and planning sessions, Executive visits.
Ensure thorough preparation of all leadership forums through the development of high-quality agendas, pre-read materials, business insights and executive-level presentations.
Drive a culture of execution excellence through detailed, proactive, and timely follow-up of decisions, commitments, and action plans, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and closure across the organization.
Maintain rigorous tracking of strategic priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring leadership has complete visibility into business progress and execution challenges.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure accountability, visibility, and timely execution of regional priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and other business functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience within Electrophysiology Environment.
Strong and demonstrated understanding of EP procedures and clinical workflows, EP technologies (mapping, ablation, diagnostic catheters).
Customer engagement models in Medtech / EP
Experience in commercial, clinical, marketing, professional education, or strategic business leadership roles within Electrophysiology.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills.
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Experience within J&J EP
Experience working with EP centers and key opinion leaders across the CEE region.
