About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth through distributor partners.
- managing distributor relationships and overseeing sales performance.

Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10+ years business experience in MedTech is required with a consistent record of working within a matrixed environments and cross functional teams including sales & marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving distributor performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
