About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee the information architecture for Make and Quality domains
  • Design and implement E2E FAIR Data products for 1-2 domains across Master and Transactional data
  • Create, adopt, and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modelling
  • Collaborate with domain Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and allocate budget and resources
  • Define metadata and data quality framework for high level of FAIR data products
  • Support IMSC Data Governance to implement governance capabilities across Data Domain
  • Continuously implement Automation and simplification through advanced capabilities like AI-agents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science or with a focus on data management/ data science / Analytics / AI / Machine Learning, or equivalent
  • In depth experience of data modelling and design technique (medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts, OBT etc)
  • In depth experience of state of the art data technologies (Workflow capabilities for Master data, Data catalogues, Lakehouse, Ontology management)
  • 5+Experience working in a pharmaceutical global supply chain
  • Experience in multi-year strategy or technology deployment with focus on information management, data management or data capabilities
  • Proven track record to build partnership to inspire change and deliver results across complex ecosystems.
