About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the information architecture for Make and Quality domains
Design and implement E2E FAIR Data products for 1-2 domains across Master and Transactional data
Create, adopt, and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modelling
Collaborate with domain Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and allocate budget and resources
Define metadata and data quality framework for high level of FAIR data products
Support IMSC Data Governance to implement governance capabilities across Data Domain
Continuously implement Automation and simplification through advanced capabilities like AI-agents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science or with a focus on data management/ data science / Analytics / AI / Machine Learning, or equivalent
In depth experience of data modelling and design technique (medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts, OBT etc)
In depth experience of state of the art data technologies (Workflow capabilities for Master data, Data catalogues, Lakehouse, Ontology management)
5+Experience working in a pharmaceutical global supply chain
Experience in multi-year strategy or technology deployment with focus on information management, data management or data capabilities
Proven track record to build partnership to inspire change and deliver results across complex ecosystems.
