About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the operation and administration of core enterprise platforms, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR systems support, Workday HCM, business operations, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with system data
  • Basic understanding of enterprise platforms, databases, or business systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools
  • Ability to follow defined processes and meet service‑level expectations
