About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product roadmap and platform backlog, including feature intake, prioritization, grooming, and readiness.
Translate roadmap priorities into executable plans by defining quarterly objectives.
Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional R&D initiatives by tracking work against commitments.
Lead planning, tracking, and execution cadence using Agile and program management practices.
Partner closely with engineering, product management, clinical, and functional leaders to align scope, priorities, and timelines.
Use data and metrics to inform decisions and course-correct.
Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership and partners, providing regular updates on roadmap progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in engineering, or scientific field.
Minimum 8+ years of professional work experience in product development
Minimum 4 years in engineer, program or product management
Experience working on complex systems or in complex, dynamic teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with teams
Experience in 'Organizational Change' and 'Conflict Resolution'
Software and/or Hardware development experience
Motivating and influencing others without direct authority.
A passion for experimentation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong critical thinking, and an eagerness to learn.
Able to work independently and be self-motivated and results driven.
Preferred: Experience launching a new product is a plus
Project Management Certification (e.g., FPX, PMP) and/or Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP)
Experience working in the regulated industry such as healthcare, aerospace, pharmaceutical, automotive.
Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, other database and work planning tools.
