About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading the global strategy, governance, and execution of property and real estate services across the DPS real estate portfolio (~1 10 locations)
  • Ensure property-related services are consistent, scalable, and aligned to enterprise real estate and business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape workplace strategy, optimize assets, and deliver consistent, high-quality property services across regions
  • Define and own the global property services strategy, ensuring alignment with DPS real estate strategy
  • Establish clear service models and expectations for property services delivered across regions and sites
  • Oversee worldwide property and real estate operations, including leased and owned facilities
  • Drive portfolio optimization, cost management, and value creation through data-driven decision making
  • Own global space planning principles and workplace standards
  • Define global hard and soft services strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of experience in property services, workplace strategy, facilities services, or corporate real estate
  • Experience operating at a global or enterprise level
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at an enterprise level and influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems, contracts, and service delivery models
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and portfolio optimization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Language: English proficiency required
