About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure transparency through standardized reporting and executive project updates.
  • Identify interdependencies and proactively manage risks within project.
  • Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and value realization targets, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop planning deliverables including detailed timelines, budget tracker, risk & mitigations, and decision logs, escalation paths, and overall project governance.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of platform strategic supply chain project or workstreams in support to initiatives that will improve financial performance and support business growth, including Capacity expansion, COGS reduction and working capital optimization.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, including value stream leaders, operations, finance, procurement, planning, quality and engineering teams.
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure transparency of benefits and tracking of value realization.
  • Act as a central connector across functions, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Leverage data, metrics, and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish dashboards and KPIs to measure initiative performance and impact.
  • Apply operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, or related business functions.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects and/or strategic initiatives with measurable business results.
  • Strong knowledge of E2E supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Lifecycle Management).
  • Experience in project governance and value realization tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and deliver results in a global matrix organization.
  • Experience with product cost management, budget management, and business case development.
  • Experience, training, or certification in digital analytics, business intelligence, AI, or data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or other relevant continuous improvement/project management certifications.
  • Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences) and managing global teams.
