About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading the global strategy, governance, and execution of property and real estate services across the DPS real estate portfolio (approximately 110 locations)
  • Ensuring that property-related services are consistent, scalable, and aligned with enterprise real estate and business objectives
  • Partnering with senior leaders to shape workplace strategy, optimize assets, and deliver high-quality property services
  • Setting frameworks, standards, and performance expectations for Regional Real Estate Delivery teams and Facilities Management organizations
  • Overseeing worldwide property and real estate operations, ensuring services effectively support business growth and operational excellence
  • Driving portfolio optimization, cost management, and value creation through data-driven decision making
  • Defining global space planning principles and workplace standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of experience in property services, workplace strategy, facilities services, or corporate real estate
  • Experience operating at a global or enterprise level
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at an enterprise level and influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems, contracts, and service delivery models
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and portfolio optimization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Preferred: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries
  • Preferred: Experience leading workplace strategy or large-scale real estate transformation initiatives
  • Preferred: Familiarity with global property, facilities, and real estate best practices
  • Preferred: Experience working in a global, matrixed enterprise environment
