About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of surgical innovation, commercial transformation, and digital enablement.
- Shape the innovation agenda and scale outcomes-based selling, digitally enabled tools, and customer-facing digital solutions globally.
- Drive outcomes-based commercial execution and digital enablement across regions, translating strategy into scalable field adoption and customer impact.
- Lead downstream execution of the Surgical Outcomes strategy, including playbook dissemination, regional activation, and education efforts.
- Facilitate regional insights sharing, surfacing best practices, barriers, and opportunities related to both Surgical Outcomes and digital enablement.
- Define pilot success metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate impact, scalability, and business value.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Professional Education, Medical Affairs, HEMA, IT, and Regional Marketing to ensure deployment in a coordinated, compliant, and scalable manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience, with 3-4 years in commercial, digital, or strategic roles within MedTech/Healthcare.
- Experience working across global or highly matrixed organizations.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% (international and domestic).
- Experience with digital strategy/innovation, health tech or medtech; proven delivery in digital transformation and omnichannel commercialization.
- Project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluency in emerging tech (AI/ML, analytics, automation), change management, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance/cybersecurity.
- Background in digital health/SaaS or commercial excellence.
