Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Previous experience in the Foot & Ankle market preferred
  • Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong Customer Understanding
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Ability to travel (30% - 50%)
