Key responsibilities & impact

Serving as Lead Attorney to the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular Supply Chain Leadership Team
Leading the legal support for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular Sourcing Team
Offering supervision and advice to the Contract Management Organization
Providing strategic legal advice on supply chain issues
Managing the drafting and negotiation of complex supply agreements
Advising on proposed regulations impacting current and future supply chain activities
Proactively assessing and managing legal risk for the supply chain worldwide
Coordinating legal support on complex issues with other functional groups
Driving adherence to good contracting process and simplifying templates
Overseeing management of outside counsel relationships, workflow, and budget
Facilitating training and education efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed attorney with 8+ years of relevant practicing legal experience preferred
Experience of managing, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements
Strong interest in the healthcare sector and the MedTech sector
Proven track record of anticipating, assessing, and mitigating legal risk
Experience in building alignment across a multi-functional team
Proven ability to provide outstanding legal services to senior executives
Excellent in written and oral English, capable of drafting and negotiating in English
Comfortable handling ambiguity and ability to simplify complicated issues for clients
Experience of Supply Chain contracts, technology outsourcing and/or software/technology procurement would be advantageous
