About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serving as Lead Attorney to the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular Supply Chain Leadership Team
  • Leading the legal support for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular Sourcing Team
  • Offering supervision and advice to the Contract Management Organization
  • Providing strategic legal advice on supply chain issues
  • Managing the drafting and negotiation of complex supply agreements
  • Advising on proposed regulations impacting current and future supply chain activities
  • Proactively assessing and managing legal risk for the supply chain worldwide
  • Coordinating legal support on complex issues with other functional groups
  • Driving adherence to good contracting process and simplifying templates
  • Overseeing management of outside counsel relationships, workflow, and budget
  • Facilitating training and education efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed attorney with 8+ years of relevant practicing legal experience preferred
  • Experience of managing, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements
  • Strong interest in the healthcare sector and the MedTech sector
  • Proven track record of anticipating, assessing, and mitigating legal risk
  • Experience in building alignment across a multi-functional team
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding legal services to senior executives
  • Excellent in written and oral English, capable of drafting and negotiating in English
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and ability to simplify complicated issues for clients
  • Experience of Supply Chain contracts, technology outsourcing and/or software/technology procurement would be advantageous
