About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity monitoring for Americas entities.
  • Execute and monitor routine banking and treasury transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with bank account administration, including account openings, closures, and maintenance of authorized signatories.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury reports related to cash balances, banking fees, and transaction activity.
  • Support compliance with internal treasury policies, controls, and external banking requirements.
  • Partner with internal finance teams to resolve cash application, payment, or reconciliation issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing cash management processes and banking efficiency.
  • Support working capital optimization initiatives, including cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding activities.
  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, FP&A teams and GS on strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or banking operations.
  • Foundational understanding of cash management, banking processes, or financial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard financial tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment under close supervision.
  • Internship or entry‑level experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial services preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Treasury Technology solutions, particularly Kyriba.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in developing a long‑term career in corporate finance or treasury.
