About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, configure, and deploy technology solutions supporting Medical Affairs workflows.
- Design and implement agentic AI capabilities, orchestration workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, data flows, and reusable platform components.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, solution designs, and working software.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation of LLM integrations, knowledge repositories, prompt strategies, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, traceability mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop review processes for AI-enabled solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, integrations, AI components, and platform services.
- Support product deployment, monitoring, continuous improvement, and user adoption activities.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for Medical Affairs use cases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience delivering enterprise digital products, technology solutions, software engineering projects, AI-enabled solutions, or related technology initiatives.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with software delivery, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI-enabled automation, or agentic workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and fast-changing environments.
