About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global supply chain reporting and analytics frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Translate business and transformation priorities into clear analytics requirements and performance metrics aligned to Global Supply Chain objectives.
Partner with digital and/or technology organization to automate reporting processes and enhance data compilation and visualization capabilities.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across reporting solutions by establishing governance, controls, and best practices.
Drive adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management support.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operations and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
Contribute to the roadmap for analytics enablement, including process improvements, automation, and scalability of reporting capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles, with demonstrated impact in a complex, global organization.
Strong experience developing executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, including strategy, operations, and digital teams.
Preferred: Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in a global or highly regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices.
Experience supporting large-scale change, transformation, or continuous improvement programs.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English required.

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
