About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive harmonized supply chain business requirements, user stories, trade-offs, and escalations, and project prioritization to deliver project objectives.
  • Facilitate data validation, test script development, and business user testing for demand planning teams.
  • Develop and deploy new supply chain master data processes, governance, and initial setup.
  • Drive business simulation and post-deployment hyper-care for supply chain community.
  • Harmonize Demand Planning reporting requirements to support IBP forums and demand analysis.
  • Shape future-state to deliver on key project and business objectives for the One DP program.
  • Develop and deploy training and change management materials for cross-functional users and senior leaders.
  • Drive Demand Planning maturity and process adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with preference in the Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience.
  • Experience in Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (or Sales & Operations Planning).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning with deep understanding of Demand Planning (DP).
  • Cross-functional change management experience across multiple levels.
  • Proven track record of influencing / collaboration with demand planning and technology partners.
  • Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., Anaplan, OMP+, APO, Blue Yonder, Demantra).
  • Experience with APS / ERP deployments and/or enhancements.
  • Project management experience.
  • This position may require an average of 10 – 25% travel domestically and internationally.
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM or CIRM) preferred.
  • PMP, FPX, or equivalent preferred.
