About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global supply chain reporting and analytics frameworks
  • Translate business and transformation priorities into clear analytics requirements and performance metrics
  • Partner with digital and/or technology organization to automate reporting processes
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across reporting solutions
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions through stakeholder engagement
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operations and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership
  • Contribute to the roadmap for analytics enablement, including process improvements, automation, and scalability of reporting capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles
  • Strong experience developing executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, including strategy, operations, and digital teams
  • Preferred: Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in a global or highly regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices
  • Experience supporting large-scale change, transformation, or continuous improvement programs
  • Proficiency in English required
