About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and analysis of in-vivo and in-vitro studies
- Provide bio-analytical validation experiments and translational biomarker studies
- Contribute to informed decisions in drug discovery through applying analytical mindset, analysis skills, and experimental design suggestions
- Report and communicate evidence clearly
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams and with external contractors
- Participate in scientific activities in the local professional community
Requirements
What you’ll need- PhD in Statistics or related field with minimum 0-2 years relevant experience, or Master’s in Statistics or related field with commensurate years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in R programming
- Knowledge of experimental design, (non)-linear mixed effect models, multivariate analyses, predictive modelling and expertise in modern visualization methods
- Eagerness to continuously learn about the relevant underlying science and to expand statistical and computing expertise.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
