About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, automation, data analysis and continuous improvement of commercial processes.
  • Collaborate with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and CommEx to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Streamline processes, develop dashboards and implement solutions that support decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Digitize processes, reduce manual tasks and generate insights that contribute to commercial performance and the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI).
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual activities and optimize workflows.
  • Create digital solutions that increase productivity and improve user experience.
  • Ensure documentation, governance and maintenance of implemented automations.
  • Develop and maintain performance indicator (KPI) dashboards in Power BI.
  • Turn data into meaningful information to support decision-making.
  • Monitor commercial metrics and provide analysis on trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the data used in analyses.
  • Map existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency.
  • Implement data-driven solutions for optimization of commercial processes.
  • Support strategic productivity and operational excellence projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience in data analysis, automation, commercial excellence, process improvement or related areas.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects and collaboration with different business areas.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution development and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI).
  • Intermediate PowerPoint.
  • Process mapping and improvement.
  • Data analysis and KPI development.
  • English at intermediate level or higher, including conversational ability.
  • Preferred: SharePoint, SQL, Python for automation and data analysis, Lean/Six Sigma certifications or continuous improvement methodologies, experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, among others).
