About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Supply Chain Finance
Own and support Intercompany financial processes and system integrations
Lead solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Finance capabilities
Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain leaders to translate business requirements
Provide technical leadership to project teams, system integrators, and offshore delivery partners
Ensure systems meet SOX, audit, and data governance requirements
Lead and develop a team of IT professionals and managed service partners
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
8–10 years of progressive experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance and Supply Chain solutions
Deep expertise in Supply Chain Finance processes, including inventory accounting and standard costing
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 in a complex, global environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities
Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements
Experience leading or influencing teams, vendors, or managed service providers
English required
