About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute real estate transactions including leases, renewals, expansions, and dispositions
- Manage transactions through full lifecycle
- Ensure all deals are executed on time, within financial targets
- Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and third-party providers
- Structure agreements balancing cost, flexibility, risk, and business requirements
- Translate portfolio strategy into executable transaction plans
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready lease and transaction documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 6-8+ years of commercial real estate / transaction management experience
- Experience managing lease negotiations, portfolio transactions, and multi-site environments
- Fluent in English required; additional European languages are a plus
