About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning and deploying the global FM asset management framework
- Ensuring critical facilities assets are identified, maintained, risk-managed, and lifecycle-planned across the DPS portfolio
- Leading the development, governance, and execution of facilities management (FM) asset management programs across DePuy Synthes
- Ensuring that facility assets are effectively planned, maintained, and optimized throughout their lifecycle
- Supporting compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards related to facilities assets
- Providing guidance, training, and subject-matter expertise on asset management practices to stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field required
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, asset management, engineering, or related operational roles
- Demonstrated experience managing asset management programs or portfolios in a regulated or complex environment
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and capital planning
- Experience working with asset management systems, data, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
