About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Owning and deploying the global FM asset management framework
Ensuring critical facilities assets are identified, maintained, risk-managed, and lifecycle-planned across the DPS portfolio
Leading the development, governance, and execution of facilities management (FM) asset management programs across DePuy Synthes
Ensuring that facility assets are effectively planned, maintained, and optimized throughout their lifecycle
Supporting compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards related to facilities assets
Providing guidance, training, and subject-matter expertise on asset management practices to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field required
6-8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, asset management, engineering, or related operational roles
Demonstrated experience managing asset management programs or portfolios in a regulated or complex environment
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and capital planning
Experience working with asset management systems, data, and performance metrics
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
