About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of global commercial education strategies aligned to business priorities and market needs
- Design and implement scalable education programs (e.g., product training, clinical education, selling skills, digital learning solutions) to build commercial capabilities
- Partner with global and regional commercial leaders to identify capability gaps and define targeted education solutions
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of education programs
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects to deliver innovative learning systems and sustainable education initiatives
- Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform education strategy and optimize commercial impact
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of education content with clinical, regulatory, and business standards
- Develop and maintain global standards, tools, and best practices for commercial training and capability building
- Mentor and guide team members and stakeholders to strengthen organizational capability and drive a culture of continuous learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Education or related field)
- Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience in commercial education, training, sales enablement, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading global or large-scale education or capability-building programs
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to use metrics and data to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing learning strategies, training curricula, and scalable learning solutions (e.g., digital, blended learning)
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across global stakeholders
- English required; additional languages are a plus
