About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead sales activities for the DePuy Synthes portfolio
- Accountable for managing sales strategies, operations, and budgets
- Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of sales professionals
- Provide ongoing performance management and mentorship
- Drive business results by achieving territory objectives
- Establish relationships with key surgeons and accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- A BA/BS degree or equivalent in an applicable field such as Business, Marketing, Finance
- 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
- 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others
- 5 years of work experience in Medical Device industry
- Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred
- Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Strong Customer Understanding
