About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion Surgical Vision Commercial Excellence regional capabilities
- Develop and oversee strategic capabilities in the areas of Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, Consignment management etc.
- Deliver and advance data and analytics capabilities monitoring health of business
- Continuous improvement of sales tools and processes that enhance customer engagement and sales productivity
- Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead a team of professionals in the regional office, ensuring the continuous development of skills and capabilities
- Shape the future of healthcare
- Drive a culture of innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Min 10 yrs of experience in healthcare industry, commercial excellence/ops management experience
- Experience in Business analytics/ visualization, Data strategy & management SFE levers e.g., territory design, incentive design, distributor management, etc.
- Go-To-Market plans, new product launches, portfolio optimization, channel management & commercial ops.
- Organizational transformation and/or business process improvement/ change management
- Implementation of IT solution in AP (e.g., SFDC, Consent MGM, Data Lake, BO)
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Confidence to present findings to all levels of team
- 7 yrs of people management experience.
