Key responsibilities & impact
  • Champion Surgical Vision Commercial Excellence regional capabilities
  • Develop and oversee strategic capabilities in the areas of Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, Consignment management etc.
  • Deliver and advance data and analytics capabilities monitoring health of business
  • Continuous improvement of sales tools and processes that enhance customer engagement and sales productivity
  • Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead a team of professionals in the regional office, ensuring the continuous development of skills and capabilities
  • Shape the future of healthcare
  • Drive a culture of innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Min 10 yrs of experience in healthcare industry, commercial excellence/ops management experience
  • Experience in Business analytics/ visualization, Data strategy & management SFE levers e.g., territory design, incentive design, distributor management, etc.
  • Go-To-Market plans, new product launches, portfolio optimization, channel management & commercial ops.
  • Organizational transformation and/or business process improvement/ change management
  • Implementation of IT solution in AP (e.g., SFDC, Consent MGM, Data Lake, BO)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Confidence to present findings to all levels of team
  • 7 yrs of people management experience.
