Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with your supervisor to achieve goals & objectives associated with your assigned capability area
Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum including on-the-job, virtual, and in-classroom training
Receive opportunities to participate in and/or lead projects which address real business and customer needs
Improve your technical, business and professional skills while working in highly decentralized operating companies or headquarters organizations
Focus on crafting custom, efficient, and reliable code as a Full-Stack Engineer
Create systems and solutions as part of the Artificial Intelligence team

Requirements

What you’ll need

A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of interview and hire is required
A Bachelor’s or Masters attained between June 2026 – June 2027 is required
Ability to start in a full-time capacity by June 2027 is required
Able and willing to relocate geographically within the United States if required
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., i.e., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card)
Experience in a technology or related internship or co-op is preferred
Proven leadership skills, business insight, and technical skills
Highly effective communicator with extraordinary oral, written, and presentation skills
Advanced analytics and analytical skills
Ability to commute between work locations
Willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
A passion for and knowledge of leading and new technologies.
