About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with your supervisor to achieve goals & objectives associated with your assigned capability area
- Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum including on-the-job, virtual, and in-classroom training
- Receive opportunities to participate in and/or lead projects which address real business and customer needs
- Improve your technical, business and professional skills while working in highly decentralized operating companies or headquarters organizations
- Focus on crafting custom, efficient, and reliable code as a Full-Stack Engineer
- Create systems and solutions as part of the Artificial Intelligence team

Requirements
What you’ll need- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of interview and hire is required
- A Bachelor’s or Masters attained between June 2026 – June 2027 is required
- Ability to start in a full-time capacity by June 2027 is required
- Able and willing to relocate geographically within the United States if required
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., i.e., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card)
- Experience in a technology or related internship or co-op is preferred
- Proven leadership skills, business insight, and technical skills
- Highly effective communicator with extraordinary oral, written, and presentation skills
- Advanced analytics and analytical skills
- Ability to commute between work locations
- Willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
- A passion for and knowledge of leading and new technologies.
