About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage talent acquisition operations, including process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of recruiting workflows, policies, compliance standards and global governance practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track recruiting and onboarding effectiveness
  • Drive adoption of TA systems, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and internal guidelines throughout hiring and onboarding processes
  • Manage vendor relationships and external partners supporting TA operations and onboarding activities as needed
  • Lead change management initiatives and training related to process improvements, system implementations, and organizational priorities
  • Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for TA processes
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing TA operations, recruiting processes, or onboarding programs
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies
  • Proven ability to analyze data, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels of an organization
  • Ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization (preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry environments (preferred)
  • Experience implementing or optimizing ATS or onboarding systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
  • Strong change management and organizational design experience (preferred)
  • Experience managing vendors or external service providers (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams (preferred)
