About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution of indirect (distributor‑based) sales strategies aligned with regional and country commercial objectives
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and channel partners to support sales growth and customer coverage
  • Assist with partner onboarding, training coordination, and communication of product, pricing, and promotional updates
  • Track and analyze channel performance metrics, sales pipelines, and forecasts to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support the execution of channel programs, incentives, and commercial initiatives under guidance from senior commercial leaders
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure consistent execution and partner support
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support decision‑making and ongoing channel optimization
  • Act in accordance with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and all applicable compliance, quality, and business conduct standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field)
  • MBA or advanced commercial training preferred
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience in sales support, commercial operations, channel management, or a related business role
  • Foundational understanding of sales processes, distributor models, or commercial operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present sales and performance data
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exposure to MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or indirect sales channels preferred
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or sales reporting systems preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented commercial environment.
