About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales performance and business development across South Cluster
  • Lead distributor governance, including performance reviews, action plans, and execution follow-up
  • Build strong relationships with distributor owners, commercial leaders, and sales teams
  • Identify market opportunities, risks, and growth priorities by country
  • Ensure strong field execution through customer visits, distributor follow-up, and sales force engagement
  • Monitor inventory, service level, and operational issues that may impact business performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support execution, issue resolution, and business priorities
  • Provide structured reporting on sales, risks, opportunities, and action plans
  • Support evaluation of distributor changes or alternative go-to-market models when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Commercial experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries
  • Experience working with distributors and indirect commercial models
  • Strong field orientation and customer-facing mindset
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel frequently across South Cluster markets
  • Spanish required
  • English preferred
