About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You advise and support medical staff in operating the CARTO® 3 navigation system during electrophysiology procedures.
- The CARTO® 3 navigation system is used to localize cardiac arrhythmias and then effectively eliminate them.
- As a sales representative and primary contact for the full product portfolio in minimally invasive electrophysiology, you demonstrate the various clinical applications of the CARTO® 3 system, increase system utilization, and contribute to the company’s success.
- You analyze customers’ needs and objectives and are responsible for the ongoing development and expansion of customer relationships.
- By working in an evidence-based manner, you always find the right, appropriate, and most up-to-date solution for your customers and actively drive the development and digitalization of electrophysiology labs.
- As an expert, you are also the first point of contact for our customers in case of errors or technical defects and act as a liaison between the customer and our technical team (troubleshooting).
Requirements

- The drive to improve yourself and your customers a little every day and to support your team’s success.
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment in building and maintaining relationships, and a high level of customer orientation.
- Proven self-organization and the ability to solve problems creatively.
- High technical affinity and an interest in understanding complex technical issues and engaging with scientific literature/studies.
- A degree in a scientific or technical discipline, biomedical engineering, business administration, health economics, medical management or a related field, or successful completion of vocational training in a medical environment.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with a high travel ratio (at least 80%, primarily within the assigned region) as well as fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
