About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You provide advice and support to medical staff in operating the CARTO® 3 navigation system during electrophysiology procedures.
- As a sales representative and primary contact for the full product portfolio in minimally invasive electrophysiology, you demonstrate the various clinical applications of the CARTO® 3 system and help increase system utilization.
- You analyze customers' needs and goals and are responsible for the ongoing development and expansion of customer relationships.
- By working in an evidence-based manner, you consistently identify the right, appropriate, and most advanced solutions for your customers.
- As an expert, you are also the first point of contact for our customers in the event of malfunctions or technical defects and serve as the link between the customer and our technical team (troubleshooting).
Requirements

- You are motivated to make yourself and your customers a little better every day and to help your team succeed.
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment in building and maintaining relationships, and a high level of customer orientation characterize you.
- You also impress with self-organization and your ability to solve problems creatively.
- You have a strong technical affinity and an interest in understanding complex technical interrelationships and engaging with scientific publications/studies.
- You hold a degree in a scientific-technical field, medical engineering, business administration, health economics, medical management, or a related discipline, or you have successfully completed vocational training in a medical environment.
- Willingness to work in a field role with a high travel quota (at least 80%, mainly within the assigned region) as well as fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
